While we take all necessary precautions to ensure the safe delivery of your order, there are circumstances beyond our control that may result in lost packages. Pur-Pharma cannot be held accountable for lost orders under the following circumstances:

  1. Errors made by postal offices: In the event that the postal service makes an error during the handling or delivery of your package, we regretfully cannot be held responsible for the loss.

  2. Incorrect address provided by the customer: It is essential to provide the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is subsequently lost, we cannot be held liable for the loss.

  3. Damage to the order caused by the postal service: While we take utmost care in packaging your order securely, any damage caused during transit by the postal service is beyond our control and therefore not our responsibility.

  4. Expired PO BOX numbers: Please ensure that your PO BOX number is valid and up to date. If an order is lost due to an expired PO BOX number, we cannot be held accountable for the loss.

  5. Lost or stolen packages after delivery: Once the package has been successfully delivered to the specified address, any subsequent loss or theft is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend taking necessary precautions to secure your delivered packages.

  6. Repeated delivery to high-theft addresses or pick-up locations: In cases where packages are repeatedly delivered to known high-theft addresses or pick-up locations, we cannot be held responsible for any subsequent loss.
