By now most Canadians are familiar with the two main choices in sexual performance. There is Cialis (Tadalafil) or Viagra (Sildenafil). They both work in similar ways by inhibiting an enzyme called phosphodiesterase, which increases vasodilation. The major difference is that Viagra has a half life of about 4-5 hours as opposed to Cialis which has a half-life of 17-18 hours. When taking Viagra, you need to be careful what you eat because food affects the potency and effectiveness. Fatty foods can cause Viagra to be absorbed very slowly and due to the short half-life, may not be effective.
Cialis on the other hand has a much longer half-life and therefore will not cause the same concerns. In both cases you will want to take either pill, a minimum of an hour or two before the games begin. Cialis is often referred to as “The Weekend Pill” because it lasts in the body for up to 36 hours and some have stated even longer. Due to the longer effectiveness in the body, Cialis is generally the drug of choice.
What many do not know is that Cialis can serve as a great pre-workout. Half of a 20mg Cialis tablet once every other day can increase physical performance by increasing levels of nitric oxide slightly but that is not the real benefit. Research certainly suggests that Nitric Oxide is a primary regulator of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF), which is responsible for activating satellite cells and affects numerous aspects of muscle cells. Studies out of the Center for Exercise Science in Gainesville, Florida confirmed in mice that increases in NO2 correlated with increases in satellite cell activation. In fact, Cialis can increase the ratio of testosterone to estradiol, both by increasing testosterone and inhibiting production of estrogen. If this is the case then Cialis may well increase performance, just over the long term.
Are all generic forms of Cialis or Viagra equal? The straight answer is no! To effectively create a potent generic form of either pill, a hermetically sealed and sanitized lab must be used. A team of chemists can then ensure that accurate mg content is available in every pill without exception. Our labs have been in operation for over 20-years and we have consistently produced exceptional quality pharmaceuticals. It is your body after all and nothing, but the best should be going into it. Then of course is the cost per pill, which is why often many choose to find cheaper, ineffective alternatives. A good generic quality Cialis pill for example prescribed by a doctor will run between $15 to $25 per pill and often come in packs of 4. It is easy to see why the average person may be duped into thinking that buying pills at under a dollar each seems like great value. The fact is that many of these generic knock-off versions are diluted and do not contain the accurate dosage per pill. The cost to produce Viagra and Cialis will never be less than $2 or more per pill and then there is the cost of packaging.
These products are sensitive to light and heat; therefore, they need to be packaged in sterile, resealable mylar bags or sealed pill-packs. A reputable lab will often sell greater volume for less cost per pill but at the end of the day if it is real and it is effective, expect to pay close to the manufacturing cost. If you are buying from a pharmacy or prescribed by a doctor, well it goes without saying that there are a lot of people getting paid. First you must pay the lab and then the marketing team that distributes them. Then you must pay the doctor that gets a referral and the pharmacy that fills the prescription. No wonder the cost spikes to $20 per pill. We take out the middlemen and bring you high quality pharmaceuticals at affordable prices. In some cases, we even offer some of our products at near cost to draw our clients to other products that we carry.
